Heat-Use & Care Instructions

• Use in shaded or indoor areas — avoid leaving the mat in direct, prolonged sunlight when not in use.
• The pressure-activated cooling gel re-cools within minutes once your pet steps off; there's no need to freeze or refrigerate it.
• Check the surface periodically for punctures from claws or chewing, and keep it away from sharp objects.
• Wipe clean with a damp cloth after outdoor use to remove dirt, sand, or fur.
• Supervise puppies and kittens during initial use until they're comfortable with the texture.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the cooling mat work without electricity or water?
It uses pressure-activated cooling gel — your pet's body weight and heat trigger the cooling effect, so there's no need to freeze it, plug it in, or soak it first.

Is it safe for both cats and dogs?
Yes, it's safe for cats and dogs of any size. Just pick the size that matches your pet or where you'll use it — crate, sofa, or car seat.

How long does the cooling effect last, and does it need recharging?
The mat re-cools on its own within a few minutes after your pet steps off, so it's ready to use again all day without any recharging.

Is it easy to clean?
Yes — just wipe it down with a damp cloth. No machine washing needed.

What sizes are available?
Six sizes: 40x30cm, 50x40cm, 60x50cm, 70x55cm, 100x70cm, and 150x100cm — sized for crates, sofas, and car seats.
